It is fully automatic equipment with the characteristics of compact structure, continuous operation, stable operation, strong adaptability, large production capacity and convenient maintenance. It is suitable for separating suspensions containing solids with a particle size greater than 0.005mm and a concentration range of 2-40%. It is widely used in chemical, light industry, pharmaceutical, food, environmental protection and other industries, but no matter how good the equipment is, it still needs to be maintained. Today, I will tell you about the maintenance method of the decanter centrifuge.
 First, the centrifugal dehydrator must be regularly repaired, filled with lubricating oil, and repaired at least once every six months.
 Second, check the centrifuge and motor frame and all supporting frames, casings and connecting pipes regularly at least once a year.
 Third, the upper and lower casings of the machine should be cleaned regularly every 6 months, or according to the requirements of the process conditions.
 Fourth, at least every two months should check whether the shell of the drum is corroded or rusted.
 Fifth, check the bolt parts installed on the drum. Check these screws at least annually and replace them at least every three years.
 Sixth, check the belt tension every 4,000 hours, and the V-belt of the main motor should usually be replaced after 16,000 hours of operation.
 Seventh, the main bearing should be greased every two weeks, and each bearing (2) should be filled with 3g (2-3 guns of oil gun).
 Eighth, the screw bearing should be oiled once a month, and each bearing (2) should be filled with 25g (15 guns of oil gun).
 Ninth, the gear box should be greased, and the gear oil should be replaced once the centrifuge runs for 3000 hours.
